Amazing hotel great vibes, the best personal experience I had was with a gentleman staff member named “A”. His special way of greeting guests with such charisma and fantastic attitude it made the experience much more personal . Was great to just chat with him as I went about my business in the hotel . People want to be treated well and A makes sure you are . I’ll be back .

The accomodation overall is good, neat and clean room, comfy bed etc, and they provided a warm hospitality all the way. Especially Mr A who had shown a very warm hospitality and very helpful all the time. Cheers

The hotel room was clean and had a very cozy feel. The food offered there was good and the staff was very helpful, especially Mr. A who went out of his way to make sure I got my taxis arranged. The hotel is at a very good spot and isn't too far from good food or the train station.

I was staying in Muse hôtel for almost a month and it was fantastic (as always) .My favorite hotel in Bangkok for years now ! Clean , well decorated , good location , good services and very *comfortable* with a good atmosphere ! Also all the staff there *are* really nice ! Specially the manager Olaf who is very *supportive*, kind and friendly .He was always trying to arrange things when I needed and very *dedicated to* his work ! (Thanks a lot to him 🙏🏼) I really recommande Muse hôtel !

I came to Bangkok for my birthday and stayed at the Hotel Muse. The hotel staff was amazing. Every morning I was greeted with beautiful smiles from M. Bank, M. Tally, M. Belive, My. Nan, My. Pekki and M. Art at breakfast. They all made me feel so warm and at home. I had an amazing time at the hotel and in Bangkok it's self. Best solo vacation I ever had.
